DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We are open! we aim to dispatch your packages within 2-3 days of purchase. With everything that's going on at the moment if you paid for 2nd class shipping please allow up to 10 days for your parcels. Royal Mail are doing everything they can as there are more parcels than usual.If you are purchasing using 1st class please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to be delivered from the dispatch day.If you require International shipping details these can be provided upon request.Please note that any orders made on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with be processed and sorted on the Monday.

To return your parcel you have 28 days from when you receive your parcel. If decide you want a exchange or refund, we will not accept anything after those 28 days.Please contact my email for a refund or exchange. If we receive your parcel and its not in its original packaging or has been used you will not qualify for a refund.To accept your refund we will require proof of purchase which will be the order confirmation you received after your purchase .If we approve your refund the money will go into the original payment that you used.Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you want a refund you will only get back the cost of the product the shipping will be deducted.For your refunds/exchanges please email kerriej24@live.co.uk
